My name is Todd Robbins and you've somehow stumbled onto my blog.
The point of Slipping Into the Airwaves is to present some of my favorite lyrics, analyze them and the specific things they bring to mind, the way they interact with music to form a whole, discuss how one style of lyrics can be just as valid as another, and, in general, get you to love these songs as much as I do.
It's also an exercise in getting my lazy ass inspired to write.
When I'm not blogging, which is a lot of the time, I'm the writers' PA on the show Mike & Molly.
I also like comic books and the NBA, and I have more action figures than facebook friends. Deal with it.
